The key to Korea-China city diplomacy is CBD exchanges. CBD is a hub of commercial activities in modern times, equipped with the functions and facilities of major businesses and their supporting businesses. The function of economic control among the conditions for the market economy system tends to rely on the function of large business districts. Today, CBD serves not only as a backbone of the market economy system but also as a key element to the city, such as in the fields of science and technology, and culture. Therefore, this session intends to identify measures that will promote exchanges by exchanging CBDs between Korea and China.
