If the Korean government can successfully develop the Pan Yellow Sea Economic Belt which is a core pillar of the ‘new economic map for the Korean Peninsula’, Korea will be able to play a role as a bridge connecting the North and South economic. In this regard, it will be said that the role of Jeju Free International City as a gateway to the South economic is critical. This session deals with Jeju’s potential role in the new map such as providing a new harbor, operating as a logistic herb, and giving vigor to the marine industry with experts in related fields.
