In business and human rights, the NAP is defined as a National Action Plan by a State to protect against adverse human rights impacts by business enterprises in conformity with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights(UNGPs). This conference aims to arouse stakeholders' interests, including those of governments and businesses, in the NAPs and evoke a consensus on their needs. Moreover, it will be an opportunity to gather opinions and improve the recommendations on the NAPs currently being promoted by the National Human Rights Commission.
