2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea. Our program “Dialogue” plans to join hands with the Jeju Forum to co-produce a special TV forum themed “Northeast Asia Exchanges: Through the Eyes of the Future Generation.” The program will feature youth from the three countries engaging in frank conversations about the social and economic issues facing the three countries, the similarities and differences between our cultures, those of other Asian cultures and those of the West. The forum hopes to help build mutual understanding among young people of Northeast Asia and strengthen cultural and interpersonal exchanges in the region.
