At this session, many presentations and debates will be held to seek ways to energize the MICE industry and promote cultural exchange and tourism in the Asia-Pacific region. The program will focus on 1) ways to expand mutual cultural exchange in the Asia-Pacific region, 2) the status and challenges of the MICE industry in the Asia-Pacific region, 3) the status of the South Korean event industry and methods for development, 4) the creation of cultural tourism sites on Jeju Island using Namiseom Island as a case study, 5) strategies for developing the exhibition industry in the Jeju region, and 6) a study of the pursuit of value by cultural tourists that focuses on entertainment tourism in the Jeju region.
