The 21st century is the century that will usher women into the era of the Dream Society. Sympathy, tenderness, and delicacy, as Women’s Leadership keywords, will be key to changing the world. Delicacy, accuracy, sensitivity, flexibility, interpersonal relationship orientation, and communication skills unique to women will act as alternative leadership. Womanhood and woman leadership are the right characteristics of a leader in the information technology age. Women account for half of humanity. National competitiveness in the future will depend on how well equipped the legal and institutional basis is for talented women to enter society, and how well female human resource and workforce is employed. To overlook competitiveness and the future of women's leadership in the wave of change will be meaningful to enhance social and economic competitiveness as well as women’s active participation in society.
