Dana PURCARESCU is the French Ambassador for the Indo-Pacific at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. A career diplomat, she has been posted to Brussels, Berlin, Washington, New Delhi. At the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, she has worked in the Department of Strategic Affairs, Security and Disarmament and headed the Situation Center (2016-2019). She worked for the E.U. institutions (2006-2008) and served in the Prime Minister Services (2014-2016). She was Ambassador to Djibouti from 2022 to 2025.
