[Jeju Special Self-Governing Province / Korea Color Universal Design Association]<BR>[제주특별자치도 / 한국컬러유니버설디자인협회]<BR><BR>Human beings have different physical conditions depending on the characteristics of individual genes and various diseases. Therefore, universal design is designed so that users can use them safely in various fields such as product, architecture, environment, and service in order to give consideration to everyone as much as possible and to convey accurate information. In particular, it is color universal design that color design which considers all in the use of color which can increase visibility of information to user is performed. International Free City is an internationally diverse city where many people come together for various purposes. Therefore, it is necessary to check the universal design in terms of the environment in which the users who experience the free international city are free from discomfort in communication, and based on this, we intend to improve the value added of the Asian Free International City.<BR><BR>인간은 저마다 유전자의 특성이나 다양한 질환에 따라 신체 조건이 다르므로 정부는 가능한 한 모든 사람을 배려하고 모든 사람에게 정확한 정보를 전 달해야 한다. 제품, 건축, 환경, 서비스 등 다양한 분 야에서 모든 이용자가 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 디자인을 설계하는 것이 바로 유니버설 디자인이다. 특히 이용자의 정보시인성을 높일 수 있는 컬러를 사용해 모두를 배려하는 색채 설계를 하는 것이 컬러유니버설디자인이다. 국제자유도시는 국제적으로 다양한 사람들이 다양한 목적으로 모이는 곳이다. 그러므로 국제자유도시를 경험하는 이용자들이 불 편함 없이 소통할 수 있는 환경인지 유니버설디자인 측면에서 점검할 필요가 있으며, 이를 기반으로 아시아 국제자유도시의 부가가치 향상을 도모하고자 한다.
