FORUM

At the forum, domestic and international participants from 60 sessions dealt with various issues ranging from international cooperation & security, economy & business, culture, gender, community development, and the environment, and had wide discussions on regional and global cooperation and challenges beyond the Asia’s paradox for new Asia. And the Trilateral cooperation Secretariat participated in the forum for the first time, organizing 3 concurrent sessions, and contributed to the Jeju Forum’s goal of peace and prosperity in Korea, Japan, and China.

This plenary session is to further elaborate the ideas and visions introduced in the opening ceremony on the main theme ‘Designing New Asia’. Former prime ministers and keynote presenter will exchange their opinions on the main theme and ways to bring it into practice in Asia.

이 세션에서는 개회식 기조 연설을 통해 제시된 ‘새로운 아시아’를 위한 구상과 비전에 대한 논의가 이어집니다. 참가한 아시아·태평양 지역의 지도자들은 ‘새로운 아시아’의 비전이 갖는 함의와 새로운 아시아의 ‘설계＇를 위한 구체적 방법과 과정에 관해 의견을 교환합니다.
