Jim Bolger, the nine-time Member of Parliament from 1972 till his retirement in 1998, served as the 35th Prime Minister of New Zealand for seven years from 1990 to 1997. He is renowned for his bold reforms of all areas of the country, including government organizations, which eventually led to economic recovery. Bolger has been inspiring many other world leaders as an “icon of reform.”
