Heejin Lee is Professor at the Graduate School of International Studies, Yonsei University, Korea. He has a multidisciplinary background: BA in business administration and MA in sociology at Seoul National University, and PhD in information systems at LSE. Before joining Yonsei, he was a faculty member of Department of Information Systems at the University of Melbourne, Australia and Brunel University, UK. He served as a Working Committee member of the Committee for International Development Cooperation in the Prime Minister’s Office from 2012 to 2016. He is currently the president of Korea Association of International Development and Cooperation (2017-2018). His areas of research include Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) and standardization/innovation in developing countries. In addition, he is Director of the Centre for Australian Studies at Yonsei University and a board member of the Korea-Australia Foundation.

이희진은 현재 국제개발협력학회 회장(2017-2018)이다. 서울대 경영학과, 사회학과에서 학사와 석사를 마치고, 1997년 London School of Economics and Political Science에서 Information Systems 박사학위를 취득했다. 이후 영국 Brunel 대학을 거쳐, 2002년부터 2006년까지 호주 멜본대학에서 재직하고, 2007년부터 연세대 국제학대학원 교수로 재직하고 있다. 주 연구 분야는 ‘정보통신기술과 개발도상국 발전(ICT4D)’과 ‘개발도상국의 표준화와 혁신’ 등이다.
국무총리실 국제개발협력 실무위원회 제2, 3기 민간위원 (2012-2016)을 역임했다. 연세대 동서문제연구원 산하에 『호주연구센터』를 설립하여 호주 관련 교육 및 연구 활동을 펼치고 있고, 2014년부터 ‘한호재단’ 이사로서 양국의 교류를 증진하는 활동을 참여하고 있다.
