Young-hoon Ahn, Korean national and Senior Researcher Fellow, assumes now the vice-chair of KALGS (Korea Association of Local Government Studies) and works in the Krila (Korea Research Institute for Local Administration), giving lectures to the public officials. He has been serving as one of expert members for the Presidential committee on Local Autonomy Development since 2004 up to present time, and for the National Assembly’s Constitutional Revision Special Committee in 2017. He also collaborates with the OECD High-Level of Risk Forum Team since 2012 (Disaster Management and Reduction Policy).
<BR><BR>한국지방자치학회 부회장을 맡고 있으며, 한국지방행정연구원에서 공무원을 대상으로 강의를 하고 있다.
2004년부터 현재까지 대통령 직속 지방자치발전위원회 실무위원으로, 올해(2017)는 국회헌법개정특별위원회 자문위원으로 활동하고 있으며, 2012년부터는 OECD High-Level of Risk Forum(고위급 재난안전포럼)의 재난 관리·저감 정책분야에 관해 공동연구를 진행하고 있다.
