Tae-Hoi Huh is a Professor of International Relations at Sunmoon University, Asan, Korea. He received his Ph.D. in International Relations from University of Denver in 1995, the United States of America. He was Dean of International Peace College at Sun Moon University from January 2014 to February 2015. From March 2007 to June 2011, he became Chief Librarian after serving as the Admission Dean of Sunmoon University and then became a memeber of the Presidential Committee on Social Integration in March 2012. He is presently working on foreign policy issues of South Korea as well as the inter-Korean relations issues and is also author of Sustainable Unification Theory and The Seventy Years of Inter-Korean Relations Since Its Liberation. He has published widely on crisis management system of Korean government and security strategies of neighbouring countries. His work has appeared in a few journals such as Pacific Focus, Korea Observer and Asian Perspective.
<BR><BR>현재 선문대학교 국제관계학과 교수로 재직 중이며 1995년 덴버대학 국제정치학 박사학위 취득 후 2014년부터 2015년까지 국제평화대학장을 역임하였다. 2007년부터 2011년까지 선문대 입학처장, 중앙도서관장 등을 거쳐 국제평화대학 학장, 대통령 직속 사회통합위원회 위원 등을 역임함. 주요 연구 분야는 외교정책과 남북관계 및 통일문제 등이며 대표 공저로는 “지속가능 통일론(2012)”, “해방이후 남북관계 70년(2016)등이 있으며 위기관리와 주변국가들의 안보전략에 대한 논문들이 다수 있으며 대표논문으로는 “위기관리이론과 사이버안보(2005),” “민주화이후 대북정책성향 및 전략비교(2010),” “통일한국의 안보이념: 미래 안보가치의 모색(2012),” “전략정보의 실패와 인지적 오류(2016)등이 있음. 퍼시픽 포커스와 코리아 옵저버, 아시안 퍼스펙티브 등에 다수의 논문을 게재한 실적이 있음.
