Minister of State for State Reform and Simplification in France 프랑스 국가개혁담당 장관
Jean-Vincent PLACÉ is the Minister for Government Reform and Simplification of France.
Attached to the Prime Minister, Minister PLACÉ is promoting better regulation, improving the quality of public service and leading digital transformation efforts across the French government, helping innovation, collaboration, and open data make public service better. France was the first in the region to appoint a State Chief Data Officer and will head the Open Government Partnership starting in the fall of 2016.

Prior to this, Jean-Vincent PLACÉ was a member of the French Senate from 2011 to 2016, when he was appointed Deputy Minister by President Hollande. The head of Green Party in the chamber, he was sitting on the International Affairs committee. Jean-Vincent PLACÉ is also active at the subnational level: he was the Vice-President of the greater Paris area (région Ile-de-France), where he was in charge of public transportation, from 2010 to 2012. He is also the founder of the largest biodiversity protection agency in Europe, Natureparif.

Jean-Vincent PLACÉ was born in Seoul,Korea in 1968 and adopted by a French couple in 1975.
