Major General Pan Zhenqiang (Retired) is former Director of the Institute of Strategic Studies, National Defense University, PLA, China. He is currently Senior Adviser to China Reform Forum (CRF), Director of Research Institute for Strategy and Management of the Central University of Finance and Economics in China, and member of the Council of Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs.

판 쩐치앙 전 육군 소장은 중국 PLA 국방대학교의 전략연구소의 소장으로 재임한 바 있다. 현재는 중국 개혁 포럼(CRF)의 수석고문으로 재임하고 있으며, 중국 금융 경제 중앙 대학의 전략 및 경영 연구소의 연구 책임자이자 퍼그워시 컨퍼런스 의회의 회원이다.
