Chung-In Moon is a Professor of Political Science at Yonsei University and Editor-in-Chief of Global Asia, a quarterly magazine in English. He is also Krause Distinguished Fellow at the School of Global Policy and Strategy, University of California, San Diego. He served as Dean of Yonsei’s Graduate School of International Studies. He was also Chairman of the Presidential Committee on Northeast Asian Cooperation Initiative, a cabinet-level post, and Ambassador for International Security Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Republic of Korea. He has published over forty books and 300 articles in edited volumes and scholarly journals.

문정인 교수는 현재 연세대학교 정치외교학과 교수이고 영문 계간지 Global Asia의 편집장이자 캘리포니아주립대학 샌디에이고 캠퍼스 국제정책대학 석좌연구원으로 활동하고 있다. 연세대학교 국제대학원 원장을 지냈으며, 대통령자문 동북아시대위원회 위원장, 외교통상부 국제안보대사를 역임한 바 있다. 40권 이상의 저서를 집필한 바 있으며, 단행본과 학술지에 300여편의 글을 기고한 바 있다.
