Jaeho Eun is a research fellow at the Korean Institute of Public Administration under the authority of Korean Prime Minister’s Office. Interested in deliberative democracy and peace study, he organized nationwide debates for public questions such as for examples: Korea’s vision for the future, Civicness & publicness in the 21st century etc. Former director general at the Presidential Committee for National Cohesion (2014-2015), he was also member of several government advisory committees for policy evaluation and conflict management for more than 15 years. Currently, Dr. Eun is also adjunct professor of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Seoul and National Human Resource Development Institute of Korean government. He obtained his Ph.D. degree of Political science from Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in France. His teaching, research, and service activities focus on civil service reform, political analysis of public policy, collaborative governance for conflict prevention and resolution.he has multiple publications in the field of political and administrative science and has worked in a variety of national and international administrative consulting projects.

은재호(殷載昊, 52) 박사는 갈등관리와 거버넌스 분야 전문가로서 프랑스 고등사범학교(ENS-Cachan)에서 정치학 박사학위를 받았다. 프랑스 국립과학원(CNRS) 연구원, 한국행정연구원 정부혁신연구팀장, 협력갈등관리연구단장, 행정관리연구부장 등을 거쳐 튀니지 총리실 정부혁신자문관(2008)과 대통령 소속 국민대통합위원회 국민통합지원국장을 역임했다(2014-2015). 또한 국무조정실, 국방부, 행자부, 산업부, 국민권익위원회와 한국국제협력단 등 다수 정부기관의 자문위원 및 평가위원을 역임했다. 주요 전공 분야는 갈등관리, 협력적 거버넌스, 정부개혁 및 공적개발원조 등이며 현재 국가공무원인재개발원 등에서 객원교수로 활동하고 있다. 은재호 박사는 숙의민주주의와 평화학에 관심을 가지고 대한민국의 미래비전, 시민성과 공공성 등의 주제로 전국적 규모의 ‘국민대토론회’를 조직하는 등, 한국 사회에서 참여적 의사결정과 숙의적 토론을 통한 합의형성의 가능성을 탐색하고 있다.
