홍준희는 가천대학교 전기공학과 교수다. 20년 이상 한국에서 스마트그리드, 전기차, 에너지저장장치, 태양광발전, 디지털전력 등과 같은 에너지 기술 전문가이자 녹색성장, 에너지 탈탄소화, 전기화 등에 대한 에너지 정책 전문가로 활동해 왔다. 아울러 문명과 도시를 위해 부양능력을 확장하는 새로운 에너지 체계로 질량에너지 체계를 제안하고 있다. 홍준희는 한국에서 디지털 전류 기술 기반의 전력망 쳬계 설계 및 관련 기술을 연구하는 가천에너지연구원의 설립자이기도 하다. 그는 다양한 정책 위원회 및 포럼 등에서 통찰력있는 강연을 하고 있다. 홍준희는 서울대학교에서 학사 학위를, 동 대학원에서 박사 학위를 받았다.

Junhee Hong is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Gachon University. He has been working in Korea for over 20 years as an expert in energy technologies such as smart grid, electric vehicles, energy storage, solar power, digital power, etc, and as an energy policy expert on green growth, energy decarbonization and electrification. He is also proposing the mass energy system as a new energy system that expands the carrying capacity for civilizations and cities. He is also the founder of Gachon Energy Research Institute(GERI), where he is researching digital current technology-based power grid system design and related technologies in Korea. He gives creative insights on various policy committees and forums. Junhee Hong received his bachelor's degree from Seoul National University and his doctorate from the same graduate school.
