YOO JOONKOO 유준구
	Korea National Diplomatic Academy 국립외교원 Research Professor 연구교수 유준구는 현재 국립외교원 국제법센터 연구교수 및 연세대 국제대학원 객원교수로 재직중이면서 국방부, 산업통상자원부, 과학기술정보통신부, 방위사업청 자문위원으로 활동하고 있다. 유교수는 국제공역법 중 특히 사이버, 우주 등 신기술안보분야 연구 및 대외활동을 활발히 전개하고 있으며 20년 16이후 UNGGE/OEWG 정부 자문관 역할을 수행하였다. 유교수는 2010 서울 G20 대통령직속정상회의 준비위원회 사무관을 지냈으며 국내 연구자로서 활동하기 전에는 미국 Washington D.C. 소재 Aitken, Berlin & Brooman in Washington 로펌에서 근무하였다. JoonKoo Yoo is a Research Professor of the Center for International Law, KNDA(Korea National Diplomat Academy), Ministry of Foreign Affairs and concurrently serves as the visiting professor of the GSIS of Yonsei University. He has been a member of advisory committee of Ministry of defense/Ministry of Science, Information & Technology/Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy/Defense Acquisition Program Agency. He currently specializes in emerging technologies security(cyberspace, outer space, and LAWS) and has served as a legal adviser for the UNGGE/OEWG. Professor Yoo served as Deputy Director of the Presidential Committee for the G20 Seoul Summit(2010-11). Before teaching, Dr. Yoo was a legal adviser specializing in International Trade and Defense Acquisition with Aitken, Berlin & Brooman in Washington D.C.
