민달팽이유니온은 2011년에 설립되어, 10년동안 청년의 주거권을 보장하고 주거 불평등을 완화하기 위해 활동해온 청년 당사자 연대이다.
민달팽이유니온에서는 자산불평등이 심화되고 있는 한국 사회의 주거문제 해결을 위해, 누구에게나 주거를 권리로써 보장하는 점유중립적 주거정책이 필요하다고 주장하며, 이를 위해 세입자 네트워크 형성, 비영리주거모델 실험 및 제도개선 실천 등을 주요 활동으로 하고 있다. 서울시청년월세지원상담센터에서는 서울시 위탁사업을 통해 코로나19위기를 비롯해 청년주거비부담 문제를 겪는 청년을 위한 주거비지원정책이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 총괄한다. 서울시청년주거상담센터는 SH중앙주거복지센터를 통해 첫 독립 청년을 주요 대상으로 교육과 상담이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록 총괄한다."

She is chairman of the Minsnail Union, a steering committee member of the Seoul Youth Housing Cost Support Counseling Center, a steering committee member of the Seoul Youth Housing Counseling Center, and a director of the Minsnail Housing Cooperative.
Minsnail Union is a non-governmental housing rights organiztion with office in Soeul, Korea. Founded in 2011, Minsnail Uinon states its goal is to “ensure youth housing rights and alleviate housing inequality”. To this end, she is working on creating a tenant network, establishing youth housing, and developing various non-profit housing models through governance for a policy improvement.
The Seoul Youth Housing Cost Support Counseling Center carries out housing cost support project for young people who suffer from the COVID-19 crisis and housing costs.
The Seoul Youth Housing Counseling Center provides education and counseling for the first independence of the youths."
