Born in Daegu in 1967, President Ki-young Kim graduated from Hongik University's Department of Architecture. He joined Baum Architecture in 1994 and has been working as an architect for Baum Architecture for 26 years. Starting with Songdo Convensia in 2003, Kangwon Land Casino Resort, Chuncheon Legoland Resort, etc., He has been carrying out mid- to large-scale projects in Korea. Participated in a number of resort development projects in Jeju Island, and participated in the master plan and project approval of the currently suspended Berjaya Jeju Resort, and the implementation design of the first stage Gotjawal Village. The design of large-scale resorts in Jeju Island such as medical resorts is currently in progress. The completed architectural works include the Jeju Branch of the National Health Insurance Management Corporation of the 2016 Jeju Architecture Awards and Samhwa Elementary School, an excellent facility school in 2014.

김기영 사장은 1967년 대구 출생으로 홍익대학교 건축과를 졸업하고 1994년 범건축에 입사하여 26년간 범건축의 건축가로 활동하고 있으며 2003년 송도 컨벤시아를 시작으로, 강원랜드 카지노 리조트, 춘천 레고랜드 리조트 등 국내 중대규모의 프로젝트를 수행해 왔다. 특히 제주도 리조트 개발 프로젝트에 다수 참여하여 현재 공사가 중단된 버자야 제주 리조트의 마스터 플랜 계획과 사업승인, 1단계 곶자왈 빌리지의 실시 설계에 참여하였고 이후 애월 이랜드 국제문화 복합단지, 서귀포 JW 메리어트 호텔, 우리들 메디컬 리조트 등 제주도 대규모 리조트 설계를 현재 진행하고 있다. 준공된 건축작품으로 2016년 제주건축문화대상의 국민 건강보험 관리공단 제주지사와 2014년 우수시설학교인 삼화 초등학교 등이 있다.
