Eunju Kim is Research Fellow at Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA), a national research institute under the Prime Minister’s Office. She obtained her PhD in public policy from the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University. Previously, she was a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Poverty and Social Justice, University of Bristol in the U.K. Before joining KIPA, she worked for the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) as Governance Specialist and Policy Assistant at the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. Her research interest is on international development policy and global governance; policy evaluation; poverty measurement; social protection in developing countries. Her publication includes “A Normative Reflection on Korean ODA Policy: Self-Regards, Duty, and Obligation”, “Meta-evaluation for ODA Country Program Evaluation”, “Multidimensional Child Poverty in South Korea: Developing child-specific indicator for the Sustainable Development Goals”

김은주는 한국행정연구원 연구위원으로 국무총리실 산하 국책연구기관에서 국무조정실, 행정안전부 등 정부 정책개발에 기여하는 연구를 하고 있다. 서울대학교 행정대학원에서 정책학 박사학위를 취득하였고 영국 브리스톨 대학교 빈곤 및 사회정의 연구소에서 박사후 방문연구원을 지냈다. KOICA(한국국제협력단)에서 거버넌스 전문관, 대한민국 국회 정책비서관으로 근무한 경력이 있다. 연구 관심분야는 국제개발협력, 글로벌 거버넌스, 정책평가, 빈곤측정, 개발도상국 사회보호 정책 등이다. 출판물로는 “공적개발원조(ODA) 국별평가의 메타평가 연구”, “A Normative Reflection on Korean ODA Policy: Self-Regards, Duty, and Obligation”, “Multidimensional Child Poverty in South Korea: Developing child-specific indicator for the Sustainable Development Goals” 등이 있다.
