후지오카 토시오는 2002년 ㈜CFS 설립 대표이사로서 교육 사업을 전개 2010년~2016년 450사를 대상으로 사숙 대표 간사로서 전국 경영자, 토호쿠·관동·중부·칸사이·중 시코쿠·큐슈와 6 블록에서 학원을 개최 2012년 경영 실천 연구회를 창설해 이사장 취임. 각지에서 스터디 그룹을 개최 2014년 공익 자본주의 추진 협의회, 이사, 부회장으로 취임, 1100사의 회원 기업을 구축 2017년 전국 일본도 연맹, 간사장으로 취임, 그 후고문 2017년 (公益財団) Social Management College 프로듀서 2018년 板橋윤리 법인회 고문 2018년 일반 재단법인 일본 총합연구소와 SSC(사스테나불·소셜l·컨퍼니) 미래 창조 기업 공동 연구
현재, 경영 실천 연구회에 경영자나 NPO나 소셜l 비즈니스를 실시하는 기업을 조직 해, 사회 변혁에 도전하고 있다. 또, 기업이 본업을 통한 사회 과제 해결을 실시해 SSC(사스테나불·소셜l·컨퍼니) 미래 창조 기업이 되어, 기업의 사회화를 통해서 지속 가능한 밝은 사회를 구축할 수 있도록 강연회나 실천 활동을 전개하고 있다.

2002 Developed educational business as CEO of Shifusu Co., Ltd. 2010 ~ 2016, assistant administrator of 450 companies and six academies were opened in Tohoku, Kanto, Central Japan, Kansai, Zhongshiku and Kyushu. 2012, established management practice study meeting and chairperson was inaugurated. 2014, Inaugurated as a director and vice chairman of the Council on Public Capitalism and recruited 11,000 corporate members 2017, Inaugurated of the Japan Federation of Nations, (Public Interest Foundation) Producer of Social Management College 2018, adviser of Itabashi(板橋) ethics corporation committee, Joint research with Japan Research Institute and SSC (Sustainable Social Company) Currently, he is challenging social change by organizing a company that conducts social business through management and NPO at the Management Action Research Committee. In addition, through his lectures and practical activities, he has been promoting a future creation company, Sustainable Social Company (SSC) to solve social problems through corporate core activities and corporate socialization to build a sustainable society.
