Sanggi Rhee(Ph.D.) currently is the president of Korea-China Regional Economy Association(KCREA) and the policy advisor for general secretary of National Assembly.
He also is the publisher of ‘China Magazine’ and ‘K-Magazine’ which was a leading professional monthly magazine in the field of China aspects.
He joined the Ministry of National Defense in 1980, and since then, has served in various key positions with overseas assignments within the Ministry, such as the assistant defense attache, defense attache in China.
He was graduated from Korea Military Academy. He received his Ph.D in Economic Laws focus on foreign investment from National University of Mongolia. He obtained a master degree in international relations from Hanyang University in Seoul.
